USGT Investors, LP (USGT) seeks interesting investment opportunities with significant upside potential.  We often work with private equity firms to help source and evaluate potential investments.

We own interests in companies in the oil and gas, alternative energy, healthcare (dental), solid state lighting, home building and financial services industries, among others, located primarily in the United States, Mexico and Canada

We also are members of Wirthlin Worldwide Itochu (WWI), and entity that functions as the international M&A arm of Itochu, a large Japanese company with approximately $90 billion in annual revenues.  As part of our activities with WWI, we seek companies with solid brand names that want to expand into Asia.  We also seek opportunities to leverage Itochu's expertise and capabilities in sourcing and logistics, especially in China.
